Who We Are

Anfield Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm based in New York and Washington, DC. The firm is owned and led by its two Managing Partners, David Greenberg and Michael Goldman, who first worked together at The Ezra Company in 2004.

We acquire, reposition, and develop commercial real estate, investing our own capital alongside family offices, high-net-worth investors, and institutional partners. The partners lead every investment and are the direct point of contact for sellers, brokers, and partners.

What We Do

Acquisitions

We source investments directly from owners, brokers, and lenders, often off-market.

Development

We take projects from site control and entitlements through design, financing, and construction, including ground-up buildings and the restoration of historic properties.

Operations

We lease and manage most assets ourselves and keep investors informed with CPA-led accounting and clear, regular reporting, from acquisition through disposition.

Partnerships

We invest alongside other operators and sponsors as a co-GP, joint venture, or capital partner, adding our underwriting, local market knowledge, and execution to their platform.
